High Sheriff takes part in Medau Dance

On 27th November, 2024 I  was delighted to welcome Annie Brewster, the High Sheriff off Hertfordshire to our class, and the ladies were just as excited.

Would she be wearing her chain?

Would she be carrying her sword?

The answer to both was a yes- but the most amazing thing was that she joined in with some of the class in her ‘dress shoes’ which are not regulation exercise wear!

On Facebook she posted, this is' an adaptable form of exercise inspired by natural movements that strengthens our core whilst working all major muscle groups with minimum stress. Uses different apparatus, music and choreography each week.’

Thank you to the High Sheriff for being such a good sport and for making you visit such fun.
